Congratulations to Cristina Boidi, one of TAMPEP’s founders who was awarded the Käthe Leichter prize 2019 in Austria, for her work at Lefö with migrant women, which includes migrant sex workers. This is a national prize, given by Austrian Ministries to women that stand out in this area. It is an Austrian State Prize for research in the field of women, gender studies and gender equality in the world of work.
The award was given to Christina on October 14th 2019, at the Federal Chancellery.
We continue to fight for the rights of sex workers who are migrant, to work, to love, to organise, to demand our rights, to cross borders and to live without repression. Congratulations Christina!
