Migrant communities, regardless of status, have the right to life, liberty, and security. They have the right to be free from discrimination and to have an adequate standard of living. Yet migrant sex workers have been left out in the cold by national governments and European official.
Let stand against injustice and demand a Europe with a humane moral code that is inclusive of society’s most vulnerable, which includes sex workers’ rights to:
– work
– free choice of employment
– just and favourable work conditions
– freedom of movement and residence
– equal protection under the law
TAMPEP considers migrant sex workers to be agents of social change, and in doing so recognises their cultural identity and their right to contribute to the development of effective policies and services.
